Wylam Road, Collie - SDA NDIS Development
This project involves the construction of two High Physical Support Dwellings. The scope includes design development, obtaining statutory approvals, coordinating with external consultants, tendering construction, and ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.
Hargreaves Street, Collie - SDA NDIS
This development includes two Robust Dwellings and two ancillary dwellings for short stays. Similar to the Wylam Road project, it involves design development, statutory approvals, consultant coordination, tendering construction, and superintendency of the construction contract.
Verna Street, Gosnells - SDA NDIS Development
This project focuses on delivering two High Physical Support Dwellings. The process includes initial feasibility studies, obtaining statutory approvals, coordinating with external consultants, tendering construction and demolition works, overseeing construction, and enrolling the dwellings with NDIS.
