About Allgenius Projects

Our history

 Allgenius Projects is the project management consultancy arm of Concept Rail Services Pty Ltd. Our parent company Concept Rail Services was founded in 2017 by Graham Oliver. Concept Rail Services is a respected provider of innovative rail technology and infrastructure solutions. 

Our Approach

Meet our team

Graham Thomas Oliver - Director

Graham Oliver is the Founder and Owner of Concept Rail Services and Director of Allgenius Projects, bringing over 30 years of diverse experience across the rail, mining, and construction industries. Throughout his career, Graham has successfully led large-scale rail and infrastructure projects both in Australia and internationally. His portfolio includes landmark projects such as the Graham Poly Farmer Freeway, Subiaco Tunnel, the State  Railway of Thailand Rehabilitation Project, the Alice Springs to Darwin Adrail Link, multiple Fortescue Metals Group projects, and the Taiwan High-Speed Rail Corporation (THSRC) project. Currently, Graham is leading major initiatives in the Pilbara, while also completing projects in the Southwest of Western Australia, including mining ventures and new housing developments in Collie and Perth suburbs. As a passionate and hands-on leader, Graham is focused on driving innovation, fostering ongoing development, and achieving excellence within his teams. His commitment to building strategic partnerships, maintaining a client-centric approach, and championing innovation ensures that both Concept Rail Services and Allgenius remain at the forefront of industry advancements. Under his leadership, these companies continue to set new benchmarks in project execution, safety, and innovative solutions. 

Nathan Rose - Operations Manager

 Nathan Rose joined Concept Rail and All Genius Projects as the Operations Manager in early 2024, re-joining Graham’s team, where his passion for delivering exceptional Construction and project management solutions across multiple construction disciplines including infrastructure, commercial, hospitality, facilities management, civil, rail and residential construction Non-Profit sectors in nationally. With over 20 years of experience, Nathan excels in leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes through strategic leadership and a client-centric approach. Nathan is renowned for his ability to build strategic partnerships and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. His core competencies include change management, strategic planning, project delivery, contract management, business development, and effective negotiation. He is a proactive leader who thrives on teamwork and innovation, always seeking creative solutions to overcome challenges. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Nathan is a deeply committed family man and is committed to giving back to the community. He engages in Coaching, mentoring and volunteer work, fostering cultural change and development among those around him. Nathan’s dedication to leadership and community service underscores his commitment to making a positive impact in both his professional and personal endeavours.  

Ben Gorjy - Senior Project Manager

 Ben Gorjy joined Allgenius Projects in 2024 as a Senior Project Manager. With over 14 years of experience in the residential and commercial property development sector, he holds a Post Graduate Qualification in Project Management, making him a highly qualified and seasoned professional in his field. Throughout his career, Ben has successfully managed projects from conception to completion, overseeing residential, commercial, and land subdivision initiatives with a combined Gross Realization Value (GRV) exceeding $245 million. Notable among his achievements is the delivery of a significant 181-apartment complex in Rockingham. In addition to his project management expertise, Ben has been appointed to the Department of Communities Medium Density  Development Panel, where he plays a vital role in shaping community development. He has also been entrusted with managing a large site in Canning Vale as part of the new Metro Net State Government Vision. Furthermore, Ben has obtained approval from the State Government to serve as a registered Special Disability Accommodation (SDA) Provider, currently managing 12 SDA dwellings under his registration, demonstrating his commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.
